Terms of Service

Please read carefully. By downloading, accessing, or using the Zrush app or website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Zrush.

1. About Zrush

Zrush ("we", "us", "our") is a last-minute slot booking platform that connects users ("Users") with fitness, sports, and lifestyle venues ("Vendors"). Zrush facilitates bookings but is not itself a venue operator. We operate in India.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of India to use Zrush. By using the app you represent that you meet these requirements. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that do not comply.

3. Accounts

You register using your Indian mobile number via OTP. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Do not share your account or OTP with anyone. Notify us immediately at hello@zrush.in if you suspect unauthorised use.

4. Bookings and Payments

Slot prices are set by Vendors and displayed before you confirm a booking.
Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. Zrush does not store your card or bank details.
A booking is confirmed only after successful payment. You will receive a PIN that is required for check-in at the venue.
Zrush charges a platform fee on each booking. This is included in the displayed price.
Wallet credits (if any) are applied at checkout and are non-transferable and non-redeemable for cash.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

User-initiated cancellations are non-refundable. If you cancel a booking through the app, no refund will be issued regardless of how far in advance you cancel. By confirming a booking you accept this policy.
Vendor-initiated cancellations: If a Vendor cancels your confirmed booking, you will receive a full refund of the amount paid (excluding any promotional discounts that cannot be restored). Refunds are credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Any wallet credits used in the original booking will also be restored to your Zrush wallet.
No-shows: Failure to attend a booked slot is treated as a user-initiated cancellation — no refund applies.
Venue no-show: If the venue fails to honour your booking, contact us on WhatsApp within 24 hours of the slot time with your booking PIN as proof. We will investigate and, if verified, issue a full refund.
Zrush reserves the right to withhold or reverse refunds in cases of fraudulent activity or policy violation.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

Use Zrush for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
Create multiple accounts to abuse referral credits or promotions.
Attempt to manipulate slot availability, pricing, or ratings.
Reverse engineer, scrape, or copy any part of the Zrush platform.
Harass, threaten, or abuse Vendors, other Users, or Zrush staff.

7. Vendor Obligations

Vendors listed on Zrush agree to:

Provide accurate slot information including location, timing, and capacity.
Honour all confirmed bookings and verify PINs at check-in.
Not collect additional payments from Users outside the Zrush platform for booked slots.
Maintain safe, clean, and legal premises for the services offered.

Zrush may suspend or remove Vendors who repeatedly violate these obligations.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on Zrush — including the name, logo, app design, and text — belongs to Zrush or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

9. Disclaimers

Zrush is a technology platform. We do not operate venues, employ Vendors, or guarantee the quality, safety, or availability of any slot. Slots are subject to availability and may be cancelled by Vendors. Zrush is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, Zrush shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of data, injury at a venue, or disputes between Users and Vendors. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant booking.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account by contacting hello@zrush.in. Termination does not affect any rights or obligations accrued before the date of termination.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via the app or email. Continued use of Zrush after such notice constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
